When your roller reaches the end of its useful life, contact LAYR55 at hello@layr55.com. Please do not send anything back without prior agreement.
We will confirm whether a return is suitable and provide return instructions before anything is posted.
What Happens To Returned Products
Returned rollers may be reused, repurposed, recycled or used for material development. The goal is to reduce waste and learn more about how materials perform over time.
We cannot promise that every returned component can always be recycled, but we will handle returned items with the aim of keeping useful material out of waste streams where practical.
Postage
Return postage for the take-back scheme is not automatically free unless LAYR55 confirms this in writing. We will explain the available return options before you send anything.
