What Is Covered
The guarantee relates to the outer casing splitting during normal athletic use. It is intended to support products used as foam rollers in the way they were designed to be used.
Please keep your proof of purchase. We may ask for photos or video so we can assess the issue fairly.
What Is Not Covered
- Deliberate damage, misuse or impact damage outside normal athletic use.
- Cutting, excessive heat, incorrect storage or exposure to unsuitable conditions.
- Unauthorised modification, attempted repair or alteration.
- Normal cosmetic wear, marks, colour changes or surface scuffs from regular use.
How Claims Are Handled
Contact hello@layr55.com with your proof of purchase and a clear description of the issue. Where requested, provide photos or video of the product.
If a valid guarantee issue is confirmed, LAYR55 may repair, replace or offer another suitable resolution. The guarantee does not promise an automatic refund.
