Production Time
Production time is the time needed to make and prepare your product before it is handed to the delivery service. Because LAYR55 products are made to order, production time can vary depending on order volume, colour choices, personalisation and material availability.
You will receive confirmation after placing your order. If an order is customised or needs extra production work, it may take longer than a standard order.
Delivery Time
Delivery time starts after production is complete and your order has been dispatched. Delivery estimates are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed.
UK Standard delivery is £4.99 to England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. Delivery time starts after production and dispatch.
Delivery Address
Enter your delivery address on the product page before continuing to Stripe Checkout. Stripe collects billing details separately. Check the delivery address and shipping cost before completing payment.
If an incorrect address is supplied, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help, but changes may not be possible once production or dispatch has started.
International Delivery
International checkout is not currently available. Please contact us if you are outside the United Kingdom.
Delayed Or Missing Orders
If your order is delayed or appears to be missing, email hello@layr55.com with your order reference and the email address used at checkout.
